The problem is not with SandForce, but indeed with OCZ. It's OCZ shipping SSDs using inferior chips.

I don't think this drive has been out long enough to have a "proven track record"... so you may want to keep that in mind. I'd stick with Intel or Samsung for now if reliability is at or near the top...
