that's the thing,~ noone should have to jump through hoops and such to get something working like this. Look at Intel and Crucial's ssds yea they do have hiccups, but not like OCZ.

I have 2 120gb and one 60gb of the agility version. They all had bad issues until the last firmware update. Did you do secure erase as well or just update with OS still on it?
