I think they will just detect that you are using iphone and will ask you to get data plan...The best way is just use your creepy phone (phone which supports data plan but you dont have to have it)...

Judging by the model number, MD234LL/A is indeed a factory unlocked phone. It will have a warranty after you activate it via iTunes.

As far as I know, both Verizon and Sprint will not let you BYO phone to their network unless its some previously V or S branded phone that is/was in good standing re account. Thats why CL is full...

Yes. T-Mobile doesn't care whether you buy data plan or not for your iPhone. They are happy they don't need to subsidise you...Oh, and microSIM from T-Mobile is free too...

Can an unlocked iPhone be used on AT&T without a data plan? Since it wasn't sold by AT&T, they won't have the IMEI# in their database, thus won't know you are using an iPhone and force a data plan...
