If you eventually build new you won't want to use a cheapo PS.
Power supplies should always be very high quality and sized right in new rigs.

You guys were right on the PSU, the cheapo already took a crap. I was playing DIII everything died solid yellow light on the tower. Pulled tower out PSU was super hot, also have been having problems...

If you don't want to upgrade your power supply the Radeon 7750 should work fine in your system and doesn't require external power. It's a decently powerful card and pretty inexpensive.

That 460 will handle D3 with ease. The 1GB of ram will be plenty for D3. Now if you went high texture Skyrim or BF3 at high textures you would run out of ram. But since D3 is a relatively low...
