I don't have the -X46 box on me, but I know that the -A21 box is SDSDRX3. I can check when I get hope :) Regardless, they both do 45MB/s read and 43MB/s write. edit: i'll post up both...

Yes, I just did a test on a T2i + 60D, using the Samsung C10 (writes @ ~13MB/s, so similar to Ultra) and the SanDisk Extreme - it was roughly double the speed difference (about 7 seconds vs 13...

I got the card yesterday (Extreme) and it came with a code for a free download of a 1-year subscription of RescuePRO Deluxe recovery software. Is that software any good? Anyone have experience with...

Of course that didn't 'trip' my deal alert, because there were no part numbers. When it comes to hard drives, SD cards, etc, part numbers are good thing to have in the post. Thanks, Dylan

Pretty much same question here. I have a Canon T3i and am wondering if I should go with the ultra or extreme. Appreciate any input.

I'm trying to decide if its worth doing that exact thing. I also have a D5100, and use a 16GB Transcend Class 10 in it. I haven't had many issues with it, but I haven't really taken any video either....

Good deal. 39 for a SD card is too high for me. Looking for a 16GB extreme card at around same $/GB.

well, it's interesting because it's a BRAND NEW model. You'd think canon would at least make it UHS-1 compatible or something, but it barely breaks class 10. though the CF slot is significantly...
Amazon also has the SDSDX-032G-X46 .. isn't that the better deal cause it's a newer model?

Go for it! You won't regret the faster speed. My LX3 is faster with the 30mb/s extreme card and I am sure the 45mb/s card won't hurt. And you will be much faster downloading to your computer! Always...

I have a T3i and have taken a couple hours of full 1080p with a Transcend class 10, and a PQI 100x card. Both worked perfectly without a hiccup. The max speed you need for video is about 6mb/s...

I swear I saw a slickdeal last week that was nearly half the price for the same card. I don't think this is slick. It's ok. I bought it at this price without a sale a few months ago.

This is the fastest memory toy I would say any consumer would need for recording movies. I have 16GB version which I bought from Costco for around $26 for my DSLR camera and it works perfect.

you don't really want to go below class 6, and should just go with class 10. both the ultra and the extreme line well exceed class 10 specs.
