1080p resolution gaming is a bit much for all but the most powerful graphics cards. FFXIV and D3 are not particularly demanding and will run fine with this laptop's specs at 1080p with some settings...

Yeah, I think you're right, it was 768p probably. The 15z I got for $681 was 1080p. Still -- for $573 it was a way better deal than this. As I recall, I made $230 or so on it :)

Are you sure your Y570 has 1080p? The Ideapad series has never had screens higher than 1366x768. The higher res screens are only found in their Thinkpad lineup.
