The Move controller will lose calibration very easily in some games. If you have HOTD OVerkill, calibrate the controller, then move the cursor off screen or wiggle it a little bit and you'll notice...

The ps eye is a piece of junk. Most any cheap webcam works and takes better pics and vids. Google it to see if the webcam you already have works (or just plug it in and see)
