Appreciate the pointer to an option, but after reading the GoFlex NAS reviews on Amazon, I like the 2TB LG. 87 one-star ratings from 199 users is not worth the risk.

Yes it should!!... BUT, the whole thing about this little guy is that its 130 bucks WITH a 2TB drive, what your talking about is ~300 by itself. For simple media streaming I think this is a GREAT...

first i collbled a Dockstar as NAS major flakyI...then a IOcell NAS w/2tb drive ..kinda flaky..then added ZyXEL 210 with 1tb much nicer now my WDlives can see along with builtin torrent engine!

1tb about a month ago was $80 at frys the reviews on the 1tb model made me stay away. so my guess is the file xfer is slowwwwwwwwww.. better off buying a synology and buying the drives seperate
