do any of the new Ivy Bridge procs have an advantage over these other than power consumption. Seems to me with 6 cores the oc is said to be better than Ivy

From what I have read the SB-E quad is really close to the 3770k. And this just adds 2 cores (4 threads) on top of that. The big difference b/w X79 and Z77 is that X79 has quad channel ram and more...
