In boxes but seat and bottom assembled. I got two in my Saab sedan back seat. Wouldnt fit in my trunk.

Was at NJ Costco - they still had a bunch at $99. Amazing price and they are awesome! Thanks OP. $200 on Lifetime and $170 at Amazon. Both 4 for basically the price of 2. :woot:
