Pirate Bay is the expansion pack. I believe it's standard if you check the picks in the sale links at amazon. (The Mega Pack was created before Dragon's Peak was released.)

Careful. Starter pack and Mega pack's starter packs have identical CONTENTS but they do not have the same SKU. I guess you can try to reason your way out, but just a heads up. I checked. ;)
