Same as any other OEM vs retail. OEM cannot be transferred to another computer. It's supposed to be used only with a new computer.

I definately do not recommend running both at same time as they will conflict and slow down/crash your system. You can run a virus app and this, but not two malware apps.

not to piss on your thread but I wouldn't buy this software... Customer support is HORRIBLE.. Had an issue with their software and you will get no support from anyone It was constantly...
I prefer it to, haveing both to fix computers along with some others is always a plus though to bad super dont ever have sales :|
