not to threadcrap, but I hate it when the rebate is more than the value of the product. if the rebate never comes through for some reason or other, you are actually out money.

Td rebates has gotten better over time. I was hesitant about td rebates in the past but the last 2 rbt went thru and fast too.

The last 2 rebates I did with TD, one I mailed on 3/24, the other on 3/25. I received both rebates on 4/21. Can't get much faster than that!

It also catches the contents inside on fire, hence "burner". I hear it's also effective in starting the fireplace/campfire.

Thanks for the suggestions.
My goal is to use imgburn with this drive to play a blu-ray.
The reason is that the drive doesn't come with any software to play the bluray movies.

Amazon listing for it also says "Burner". I can't find "official" Polaroid specs for it. (I'm sure it's Polaroid branded, not made by polaroid).
So it's definitely not a CD/DVD burner and Blu-ray...

You can fill-out the rebate claim form once you've made the purchase. But you won't be able to mail the rebate until the drive arrives as you need the UPC.

ALMOST pulled the trigger. Then I saw that it is a Top Loader.
