Delete your nic in Device Manager and reboot
See if re-installing the nic driver works.
Also check to see if it's a Passphrase issue (if wireless)

Run this command to reset the TCP/IP stack on the LAN connection for your NIC. Also uncheck TCP/IPv6 in the properties for the LAN connection. Reboot and see if it helps.
