The Apple TV's once jailbroken have Couch Surfer, which is a browser. I've only started it up a couple times so I can't comment on how easy it is to use really.

I like my WDTV live plus.(with the B-Rad firmware) It has it all except the browser. if you need a browser then just go get a pc and hook it up to the tv.

The Boxee Box has a reasonable browser. It's also excellent at playing local media and provides metadata for local movies and TV shows. It's not cheap though.

I prefer the Roku because its smaller and you can get one thats connect with standard RCA connectors or hdmi...thus making it able to be used on ANY tv (unless you still have the huge wooden box set...

Disagree. They have similar Internet video functionality and with media player and web browser one could certainly argue this "does" more than Roku. Roku's $50 HD model is 720p; the LG is Full HD...
