I could be wrong but I think that was the first revision. Filco didnt have a removable USB cable so it was not an issue.

Yup rosewill's are rebranded filco's The usb hub problem can be fixed "look up geekhack" it also has a 1 year warranty, so unless you keep on inserting and removing the cable all the time it should...
