2500k overclocks much better than 3570k because the 2500k has better temp levels than the IB one. Voltages on IB is no problem though, its the heat you have to worry about

I agree the MSI and Asrock are better boards, but I haven't seen any "terrible" reviews for this board. Also, with this deal this is quite a bit less than the other two boards.

i just got the ud5h instead of this version but it's indeed my first time with gigabyte, hopefully i don't run into issues with them but i chose gigabyte over asrock or asus due to their return rates...
