Except for the fact that it is a 3rd party seller on Amazon that is not an authorized Denon reseller, therefore their is no warranty. So for $20 less you can buy it from EE with a warranty

I had this pair and then sold it for edition 8s. They have a lot of bass and to me it seem like it lingered. May be the mid bass that was bleeding in to the mids. After EQ they sounded amazing to me....
