Just a warning, my Dr's office and my Auto/Home Insurance companies use 800 numbers to call. Blocking all of them may not be the best idea if you want to hear back from them.

There is no where that said only for New York state people only. :) Actually during the whole signup process nowhere that said phone number is only for USA user. :)
