So unless your buying this for a kid 20lbs or less, This mattress will bottom out and you will feel exactly what is underneath it being a floor or another mattress etc.. Your getting what you pay for...

The mattress in the picture looks way bigger than 6 inches. I wouldn't look at the pic and imagine that's the size the mattress will be.
