Does anyone know what a safe overclock is for this 6670? Something I can set for a friend and walk away without worrying too much about it.

Yes you can do that. The Amazon GC is just a method of payment, it will not negate your eligibility for the rebate. I've done this many times. I hope that helps you out. Oh and your billing...

Actually, thats what you should never do. You arnt supposed to include the shipping invoice that comes in the box, usually this is not what they are looking for because they often times dont have the...

At this price? Get this card. You might eventually get a DDR5 card at this price (in a few months) but it is a very small difference. If you wanted DDR5 you might as well just move up to 7600 or...

Shipping is free with Shoprunner. I don't mind the $4 tax, I would have to pay tax if I went to Fry's, or Micro Center as well.

It should manage at 720p. I got a GT 545 (same speed) and manage to get ~35 fps at 1080p + min settings.

Excellent deal. Thanks OP--TU & Repped. Does anyone know if this can run two monitors & HDMI simultaneously? edit: The HD6670 chipset supports 3 monitors, but I can't find any info suggesting...

If it has a Displayport, you will be able to connect 3 monitors. If your monitor doesn't have a displayport, very few do, you'll need a displayport adaptor.

This is a VERY good deal, and I decided to pick one as a spare. If it's quiet enough I may try playing with it in my HTPC. It should be fine with your current PSU, the entire HD 5570-6670 series is...

The pricing on this 6670 is very good. However, keep in mind that if your primary goal is low power consumption, then a 5670 (or lower) GPU is arguably a better card than this. The difference in...

Thanks. Looks like it is a HUGE upgrade over the 6450/5450. But the GTS 450 seems to beat it hand down. What were some great prices for a GTS 450?
Post #50048864 added 05-14-2012 7:59 PM by EffinAhole in Archived Deals
Well right, but a GTS 450 is more in the $100 area, which is a bit overpriced if you ask me. GTS 450 is bit slower than the 5770/6770. You wont find a GTS 450 in the $50 price range(unless you buy...
