It should manage at 720p. I got a GT 545 (same speed) and manage to get ~35 fps at 1080p + min settings.

If it has a Displayport, you will be able to connect 3 monitors. If your monitor doesn't have a displayport, very few do, you'll need a displayport adaptor.
