Why not get a stock stereo? Search Craigslist and see what comes up. The only problems I can see with that is fit. Since you are trying fit it in a 2001 it will be hard to find an original...

If you have a ABCwarehouse or a FRYs or Microcenter, try one of these in the listed order. Usually they have some decent sets for less than 75$ or even cheaper. Good luck.

Walmart does carry car stereos, but I doubt that they stock very many double din units. Try Best Buy.
