Hi, you will need either an iPhone or an iPad to use the Apple apps. Once you have downloaded the app to your iTunes, sync them to your Apple device.

Got it. Looks great. iBirds is also 99c and about 150 more birds but no butterflies and I trust Audubon more for accuracy/future updates.
