Why would eBay care? They charge final value fees on the total cost including shipping so regardless if an item is $100 with free shipping or free with $100 shipping it is going to incurr the same...

Blizzard never has a shortage of CE for their games. Every game since the first WoW expansion that is. They've all been available in Best Buy months after release. At least here in Nebraska.
