cm9 is great... check out idiots guide 2 (and use the cm9 files but also helps to watch idiots guide 1 and the other videos)... fyi as below...the webcam doesnt work...but everything else is pretty...

Think that's probably your connection speed. Netflix scales down resolution based on your internet connection quality/speed. I watch Netflix on my TP-16 w/ CM9 all the time. It's perfect.

I am quite happy with my touchpad 16GB running android / cyanogen mod 7. The only drawback is on netflix streaming the video is pixelated. $200 is not worth it for a refurb unit and no warranty.

do you have android installed on it? if so what version... if not have you tried a full secure erase and reinstall of webOS? also if it truely is hardware related then it should still be under...

I think it's android. I had CM7 on it and it did the same thing. I just rebooted by holding down the power and home buttons for awhile and it works fine again.

I don't think it is that bad and from a reputable merchant. I bought a couple during fire sale and with tax, the 32gb was $166ish. This comes with a crappy case for about $43 more (no tax at newegg...
