I heard they do them in house and they are pretty fast now. I have this board and you can't overclock through FSB, not sure about BE.

My BIOSTAR rebate came in like 3.5 months, but I had to email them after 12 weeks was up. That was in 2010-2011. As long as you follow up you're OK I think.
