Yes it does. If you try checking the specs of your laptop on the Samsung site, you'll see it there. My XPS15 doesn't have the processor listed but it can do WiDi.

I call B.S. $60 of that is for a HDMI Monster cable to connect to your TV. If I do the math correctly that leaves you $40 for the computer which typically gets you a 486SX.

Yes, it was designed to be used as a second monitor. However, it won't do 3 monitors because Intel HD Graphics limits it to 2 monitors. This feature is only available with Intel HD Graphics.
