Rang up as $130 but the price tag said $86.10. So they honored it for me + the $40 coupn = $49.67 OTD. Don't think they're allowing any more than 1 deal replication per store though.

Yes, it appears to be on clearance regionally, if not nationwide.
The drive was problematic for a lot of people, so it makes sense that it's either being discontinued or simply no longer carried.

if the cashier wont allow you to use 2 coupons on 1 item, by getting a piece of candy you can now say I use the 25off75 on the candy and 40off on the hard drive
