I bought my Weber off of Craigslist a year ago for $100 and replaced the grates with parts from Weber. It works better than any new Char Broil or other Home Depot /Lowes $300 grill out there.

If you cook for 1 or 2 people I would suggest having a mini Webber. Half the charcoal as a big one or less same great taste.
