I have this laptop and the touchpad button is horrible. You can hear it click from a mile away. If you plan to use another mouse it is ok, otherwise don't spend your money. And no HDMI either.

Crysis? Probably not... I think it's like 30fps in a desktop i3 under ideal conditions so no online play at all and expect it to be skippy under strain. Intel does a really poor job with video cards...

So far every one else I've said no, in your case I'll say yes. This laptop would be an amazing upgrade from a windows 2000 based laptop. Night and day difference.
