Be careful...some moron at HP thought it best to "modify" their HDMI port to only work with HP computers. I have a 27 on my desk at work and the HDMI connection on the monitor is not standard.

I think I'm in for a 25". I was going to buy the debranded refurbished 25" from Newegg for 185 or 205 after warranty. With my epp its 181 after tax...not a bad deal.

No where close to the imac IPS panels. I have them right next to eachother in a triple monitor setup and it's not even close. That said, it's still a pretty good monitor, ESPECIALLY for the price....
