My Vertex 3 120GB arrived today preloaded with the latest firmware (2.22). Working great.
Sandforce is hit or miss, and with updated firmware its more often "hit". Everytime an OCZ drive comes on here the boo-birds come out to slam it even though I'm 90% sure none of them have ever...

Be nice to yourself. You deserve better than OCZ.
Purchased the 240GB version for $175 after that 20 buck rebate with this coupon code. Not a bad deal for a 240, cheaper than the m4 deals that were around a few weeks ago. Those were running about...

Congrats, you lucked out. Just a tip - instead of spending time reformatting, just use Norton Ghost or Clonezilla or such to back up the OS partition and then just roll back to the image. 20 minutes...

Would this be easy to install in an HP DV6 or a Lenovo Thinkpad T420? Would you just have to remove the old drive and install this?

Is there any chance Amazon price matches this? Surprised the price actually went up today from $124.99 to the currently odd $136.31 price at Amazon. Regardless, I submitted lower prices of $109.99...

What chipset are you using? OCZ Vertex 3 is definitely an "enthusiast" drive. Pick a random computer, stick an OCZ drive in there, and chances are it will work... but can you take that chance? Your...

Hmm... I never thought that "Occupy" was a boycott! I always thought that, after camping out for iPhone 4S in front of Apple Stores, those peeps needed something else to do, thus the "occupy". The...
