I did the same. I sent them an e-mail early yesterday but see no change to the rebate status this mornig. Called about 5 minutes ago and the CSR said I did not include any company ID in my rebate...

There is a stipulation to activate the QB SS software by 06/16, but in previous deals, this has not been enforced. Just make sure to add your company ID on the rebate form before mailing it.

I am pretty sure the intuit reps claim is false. At least the last two Office Depot versions of this rebate had the same activation requirement -- unenforced by the way at least for the 02/19...

Thanks! The rep checked and said the postmark date was entered into the system wrong... 7/15 instead of 6/15! They're going to send my check now. Apparently the scans do include the envelope!

Not the fed tax id. The company ID generated during product activation. Two very separate ids.

Use rewards to buy FAR software? Why? This just makes you lose rewards (lets you monetize them though). You spend 90 in cash/credit and you get back 90 as cash. No loss there. Keep your rewards !!
