you shouldn't be using a torque wrench to install wheels: you should be using a breaker bar, speed wrench or ratchet and then the torque wrench for only the last turn of the lug to the proper torque....

Yeah, gonna try this Sat bf the Sears sale starts on Sun. I had a Husky one from Home Depot that lasted for 7-8 years. Broke bc it was used as a breaker bar. User error. Never lend out tools.

Yeah I have breaker bar & use torque wrench to tighten the last turn after every lug nut is on the wheel. No hassle, no questions asked when exchanging my HF torque wrench.
