Good point. If someone just deleted the app and installed the normal one on top, DB might have noticed the same device id (or whatever) with a non-SGS3 app, and marked it as a fake.

Why did you involve titanium in the mix? I am on the same setup with a KF I uninstalled the dropbox client and flashed the zip file in TWRP and it worked. I think you people are over thinking this.
