in my experience,best buy doesn't return/exchange without a receipt, no exceptions. may have luck at target or others on at least an exchange for another game.

The game seems to be included in the xbox + kinect package (check second image in walmart product page). Unless someone can confirm, the game MAY not be in retail packaging to allow a return.
