Flower is great. Braid is one of the best games I've ever played (though if you don't like puzzles you may not like it). Try Littlebigplanet or Littlebigplanet 2.

Have you thought about Harvest Moon? This is a pretty clean game for kids and even my teenagers love to play it! Harvet Moon allows kids to take care of crops, build, water and do so many things....
