I doubt it. The placard on the gift card display said specific gcs only. The ones in the OP. Only the 4x gas rewards would apply for those gcs AFAIK or 2x which is the norm.

At Von's you see the gas point on your receipt. The account at Von's.com only updates once a day AFAIK. So if you bought these today you will not see the updated points total until tomorrow.
