It worked on a Craftsman router. Perhaps you're using it wrong. I have used it for driving various sizes of nails into various materials including both hard and soft woods.

Hammer is great...free in store pick up...but when I add the screwdriver bits ($1 value), there is no store pickup option, so it charges me $6.50 shipping! Am I missing something?
