$200 isn't going to get you anywhere. Your processor isn't worth upgrading, and an upgrade to a nicer video card is going to mean a new power supply...and you're not going to be able to swing both...

You should be able to fit any mATX board in there without much hassle. If you can fit a full size power supply in there, a mATX board should be no sweat.

We got a ton of mileage out of the old 478's and 775's, for I don't know how many years. Now with all these different sockets coming out, upgrading won't be so bloody simple anymore.
