Yes. But for self-use, it does not matter to me. You can sell printer @170-180 and two lens @$230-250 at ebay. I'd rather keep 55-250 though, it is a nice lens.

Make sure you really cut rather than peel off UPC for rebate purpose, just follow the terms and keep a copy of everything before mailing it out.
