Tops and middles are never the same depth as the bottom rollaway for this size and in a non professional box. At most, they are 16" deep, with the majority being 12" deep.

FYI - the top and middle cabinets are not full depth cabinets. The base is 18" deep, but the top and middle chests are only 12" deep. So there is 1/3 LESS STORAGE.
