The rebate reads " UP to 9.99" be careful if using competitor coupons( i.e 10 off 25 from O.D) if the cashier reduces the price below the 9.99, that will be the amount of the rebate check.

UP TO is for the School Savings Pass. If you are using a competitor coupon have them apply the $10 off on the other products. Generally speaking, competitor coupons do not have an effect on rebates....

My thought on the rebate not being on the staples rebate site is that this is a COUPON activated rebate. Coupon activated rebates are not listed on the staples rebate site.

uh $6.99 for the pendrive? That was a "reward" offer not rebate. So buying this photo paper will not help you cross the $10 minimum to get a payout for the "rewards" this month.
