I think cable-operator provided Tivo boxes are not eligible due to their contracts with TV networks. Just tried for my RCN provided Premiere, but got the "does not qualify" message.

Not eligible for my premiere as well. Im guessing it because I did the 1 month trial with my tivo awhile ago. Oh well, I still have my netflix :)
