I'm also getting the error message about the controller. My bestbuy is the same way. It's either pick it up, call the number to cancel, or wait 8(?) days for it to automatically cancel.

The coupons that were sent to unlocked members are one time use only. It doesn't look nothing like the coupons in the magazine. It has your name and one time use stamped on them.
