Just received my soundbar. Looks pretty brand new and works pretty damn good for me. I can see why some ppl can't tell if it's on or not, as the LEDs are on the front right of the soundbar.

I have it and it works fine with my LG LED. With that being said, it doesn't work when I used apps like Netflix, Amazon Video or Vudu. I have heard this is an ongoing thing with anything LG.

ive had mine for a year. best $50 ive ever spent on a cheap HT Speakers. I had to do the modifying with a pair of wire cutters on the plastic screens to make the remote work well. Works wonders now.

Looks like the premium ones I got from Monoprice. I don't think it matters though...the "regular" ones work just as well, especially at a short distance like 6ft.

First, check you TV's audio menu to make sure it can output PCM digital audio. Then, buy one of these or these, and you're good to go.
