Not a big fan of MSI and it's $30 more than the Gigabyte version. After reading few reviews, the Windforce3 cooling system on the Gigabyte version is one of the best if not the best.

That applies to everything sold after July first of last year I believe. The warranties are transferrable and tied to serial number now though.
