Steam does not do physical gift cards, and best buy cards must be used to purchase physical items in best buy.
Aside from selling the card to someone, I can't figure a good way to do this.

Some people prefer using prepaid cards than providing cc details to an online vendor. Specially after the PSN debacle.
Also, you are not wasting any money as you get full value for the GC.
