Yes. You have to use either Motorolla 2210 (mdm only), 2701 or NVG510 (Both are gateway).
you can always plug in your wireless router behind 2701 or NVG510. I don't think they will send you 2701...

You can do self-installation on up to 12MBPS depending on the area and what not. In some cases they do have to have someone come out and change something out for you to get it working instead. :nod:
