Didn't realize there was an actual mechanical fix for this. I always just pulled the nozzle half out and that always fixed the problem.

I noticed that I didn't have a lot of gas before work today so I stopped by a gas station to fill up. After filling up less than a gallon, the pump clicked off. I started it up again and it clicked...

glad to help some people think that you can just Google anything and get the correct answer but you have to know just how to phrase the search and also know which sites come up first that are garbage

Turns out it was just the pump I was at because the one I went to after work didn't click off. Still I guess it wouldn't hurt to take a look to see if anything is clogged down there.
